• Su v. Medical Staffing of America, LLC, d/b/a Steadfast Medical Staffing, No. 2:18-cv-00226-RAJ-LRL (E.D. Va. Dec. 11, 2023) – Obtained final judgment of $9,346,663.23 in unpaid overtime compensation and liquidated damages (plus injunctive relief). Aff’d, Chavez-DeRemer v.
