Harassment in the workplace can take many forms. One common example is sexual harassment, but that’s certainly not the only example. Harassment is any unwanted or threatening behavior that is repeated, especially after someone has asked it to stop. It becomes illegal when enduring the offensive conduct becomes a condition of continued employment, or 2) the conduct is severe or pervasive enough to create a work environment that a reasonable person would consider intimidating, hostile, or abusive.
